Reactions list

When a customer votes for the concept, their email, comment and chosen priority will be logged.

You can click on the customer's email address to access their Customer file.

Feedback list

All the feedback associated to the selected concept will appear hear. You can access the feedback details, or remove it from the concept.

Removing the feedback will not delete it. This action only removes it from the concept.

Comments

Comments currently show when you notified your customers about a status change. You can also interact with your teams through this section. You can use these to further discuss specific elements with other members for example.

History

This shows history of key changes (status, date, category, visibility...) for the concept, as well as the person who made them.
