Create a concept
Aggregate feedback talking about the same suggestion under a single concept.
Are multiple users asking you about the same thing? Do you want to notify the users who asked you about this all at once? Do you want to present this request to your users in your own words? Then just use concepts!
From the feedback list
Use filters to refine the selection of feedbacks you'd like to add to the concept, then click on the button "Create a concept".
You now just have to fill in the title and description. You can amend these later on should you wish to.
The "number of feedback associated" is the volume of feedback that will automatically be added to the concept.
From the Concepts page
If you'd like to create a concept but you haven't received any feedback yet, you can create a concept directly from the concepts page.
The only difference with the above approach is that the number of feedback associated wil not be displayed.
