Reactions & feedback
You have just created your first concept. Let's now see how your customers can react to it.

Feedback
You can add a feedback to a concept at any time from the feedback page.
The number of feedback associated to a concept can be a good indicator to decide whether or not it's relevant to present this concept on the public portal.
Reactions
You have decided to present this concept on the public portal. Customers can now react to your proposition.
Customers reactions
Once a customer has created an account on the portal, they can vote - positively or negatively - for each concept presented on the page. Please note that only one vote per user and per concept is allowed.
When voting, the customer can indicate the priority they would give to this request and leave a message in order to give more details about their needs.
Internal reactions
Crowdmap users can also vote for a concept. To do so, they just have to go to a concept page and click on one of the vote buttons. Just as your customers, they can vote positively or negatively.
This can come in handy if your coworkers received customers' feedback during meetings for instance. Your colleague can therefore vote on behalf of the customer:

Priority
The last key element to understand is the priority. When voting, the customer will have to choose among multiple levels of priority:
Interested: No priority, Nice to have, I want it, I need it now
Not interested: Bad idea, Not interested
The priority appearing on each concept is the priority most often selected when your customers voted. If two levels of priority have been equally selected, Crowdmap wil display the highest one.
On the concept detail page, you will be able to view the split by Interested/Not interested and by Priority in order to make informed decisions:
