Status

In order to keep track of your different actions of feedback items, you can use the statuses feature. Depending on your workflow, you can use up to 5 statuses:

  • All new feedback items will be set to the Open status.

  • Under review is for feedback items you are discussing with other people

  • Planned is for feedback items you are soon going to work on (new feature, improvement, bug fix,...)

  • Completed is for feedback items that have been completely processed (a reply has been sent, a feature is being developed,...) but that you want to keep an eye one

  • Closed is for feedback items that you no longer need to manage (dismissed items, ...)

The change of status is done manually from the detailed feedback view.

Feedback can be filtered according to its status, on the left of the screen:
